Inside Sales Representative
Job Summary
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for prospecting, managing, and closing new B2B business opportunities. This role oversees the entire sales process, from initial outreach to negotiation and closing. Successful candidates will build long-term customer relationships and meet productivity goals to drive revenue.
Responsibilities

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound prospecting calls into new and existing B2B accounts.
- Meet daily productivity goals including call attempts and talk-time metrics.
- Conduct consultative discovery calls and provide product and solution overviews.
- Close new business opportunities to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.
- Build customer relationships through consistent follow-up.
- Build and manage pipeline activity in CRM.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year inside sales or B2B sales experience.
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
- High comfort with outbound calling and prospecting.
- Ability to turn prospects into relationships through persistence and value.
- High aptitude for learning new systems and technology.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Compensation & Schedule:
- $60,000-$70,000 estimated first-year earnings (hourly base + monthly incentives).
- Consistent Monday-Friday schedule | 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. CST.
