Program Manager Vendor Management
Job Summary
The Program Manager is responsible for supporting all activities related to vendor management to ensure success. This role supports operational improvements, including proper controls and monitoring, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. You will implement project management fundamentals and standards to drive program excellence.
Responsibilities
- Identify and implement program optimization opportunities
- Lead and support end-to-end program implementations
- Manage stakeholder communication and project milestones
- Develop tools, standards, and performance controls
- Monitor program risks and track action items
Required Skills
- 4+ years BPO or project management experience
- Change management and process improvement
- Expertise in dashboard and playbook creation
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Sheets
- PMP or Six Sigma (Preferred)
Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Identify optimization opportunities to support program objectives
- Support implementations end to end to ensure success
- Lead certain components of the program
- Partner with other departments and various stakeholders to ensure operational excellence
- Support a successful program end to end through assisting in project plan development, keeping your stakeholders in the loop on status, proactively flagging, managing escalations, tracking and helping to resolve program risks and milestones, and supporting program retros to assess strengths and weaknesses
- Support the tracking and monitoring of controls
- Develop tools and standards to support team programs year over year based on program retros
- Develop meeting materials, track and follow-up on action items, assist with management of all project plans
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 4+ years of BPO program and/or project management experience, creating dashboards and playbooks
- 4+ years experience in change management and process improvement
- Proficiency in Excel or Sheets
Bonus points:
- PMP or Six Sigma certification
