Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with teams to transform enterprise workflows.
Technical Requirements:
- Agent Development: Experience building and deploying LLM-based agents, understanding of prompt engineering fundamentals, exposure to fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, QLoRA), and basic knowledge of evaluation frameworks.
- Core Skills: Strong Python chops, familiarity with deployment frameworks (vLLM, SGLang, FastAPI), and experience with modern LLM platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience building and shipping AI agents beyond tutorial projects.
- Comfort with rapid prototyping and iteration.
- Understanding of AI safety and responsible development principles.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with production ML/AI systems, data privacy, and contribution to open-source AI projects.
- A portfolio of agent projects demonstrating impact on decision-making and workflow efficiency.
