Senior Technical Program Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Program Management to lead the development and delivery of cloud and data management solutions within Capital One Software. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to drive complex technical programs and ensure the successful market delivery of innovative software tools. This role requires a strong technical background, exceptional communication skills, and a quantitative approach to solving complex problems.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Manage technical programs throughout the entire delivery life-cycle.
- Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks.
- Simplify complex technical concepts to drive decision-making across cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science).
- Drive execution, follow-through, and accountability to ensure high-quality results.
- Facilitate collaboration across different functions, organizations, and reporting boundaries.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 5 years of experience managing technical programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing.
- 3+ years of experience in building distributed systems & highly available services using cloud computing services/architecture (preferably AWS).
- 3+ years of experience building highly scalable mobile products & platforms.
- 3+ years of experience with Agile delivery.
- 3+ years of experience delivering large and complex programs, owning technical vision, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in building systems & solutions within a highly regulated environment.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering).
