Job Summary
As a Represented Moderate Adjuster at Allstate, your main focus will be investigating automobile accidents involving single or multiple vehicles resulting in property damage and/or bodily injury with an attorney involved. You will work remotely while assessing coverage, liability, and damages, and providing exceptional customer service. You will engage in negotiation processes to reach fair injury settlements utilizing innovative platforms and tools.

Required Skills
- 2+ years of 3rd Party Bodily Injury Claims handling experience
- 2-5 years of current Georgia claims experience
- Proficient communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment

As a Represented Moderate Adjuster, your main focus will be investigating automobile accidents involving single or multiple vehicles, which result in property damage and/or bodily injury with an attorney involved. You will have the convenience of working remotely from your home while efficiently handling your responsibilities. You will assess coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional customer service throughout your day. Customer and attorney communication will take place through different channels, including voice calls, email, and text messages. Through the utilization of innovative platforms and tools, you will engage in negotiation processes to reach fair injury settlements with all parties involved.
The individual selected for this role will join a team who primarily handles litigated claims in the state of Georgia.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of previous experience of 3rd Party Bodily Injury Claims handling experience required.
- 2-5 years of current Georgia claims experience required.
- Proficient communication skills, especially over the phone, to establish rapport and assess claims accurately.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, while managing time efficiently.
- Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage, and liability determination.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to evaluate and negotiate injury claims successfully.
- Knowledge of innovative tools and platforms for effective claims evaluation.
Role Responsibilities:

- The Recorder: protect the company financially by executing policies and keeping a clear, timely, and accurate record in the claims system.
Remote Home-Based Work Requirements:
- A dedicated workspace in your residence that is private and free from distractions.
- A minimum internet bandwidth of 50 MB down / 5 MB up.
- Appropriate work surface and seating.
- Technology bundle provided (laptop, monitors, headset, keyboard, mouse) along with $80 per month connectivity reimbursement.
Licensing Requirement:
- May require obtaining an adjuster and/or an appraiser license within 60 days of hire.
