Job Details
### Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy and execution of large-scale, technically complex, cross-functional programs.
- Break down organizational silos, influence roadmaps, and dive deep into system design and architecture.
- Make technical tradeoffs, drive platform consolidation, and define mitigation plans for hard technical dependencies.
- Lead technology-focused discussions with senior leadership to guide strategic decisions.
- Build and lead a world-class team of technical program managers.
### Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 9 years of experience managing technical programs.
- 9+ years of experience designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing.
- 5+ years of experience in building distributed systems and highly available services using cloud computing (preferably AWS).
- 5+ years of experience building and leading experienced TPM teams.
- 5+ years of experience building highly scalable mobile products and platforms.
- 5+ years of experience with Agile delivery.
