Bilingual Virtual Health Physician
Job Summary
Oscar Medical Group is hiring a full-time, bilingual (Spanish) physician to provide virtual health assessments via phone and video. This remote role involves delivering quality patient care and providing clinical supervision to Advanced Practice Providers. Candidates must be licensed in specific states and possess board certification in Internal or Family Medicine.
Responsibilities
- Supervise nurse practitioners and physician assistants.
- Deliver virtual medical care via phone, video, and message.
- Collaborate with clinical staff and maintain regulatory compliance.
Required Skills
- Board-certified in Internal or Family Medicine.
- Fluent in Spanish.
- Active medical licensure in TN and FL.
- 3+ years outpatient clinical experience.
Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct oversight and supervision of nurse practitioners and physician assistants within state by state regulations.
- Provide medical care virtually (by phone, video, & message) in alignment with Oscar Medical Group guidelines, practices and policies.
- Collaborate with MAs, RNs, and other providers across service lines.
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Board-certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Fluent in Spanish.
- Must be licensed in TN and FL (full license, not telehealth).
- Active IMLCC or eligible to apply.
- Willingness to be licensed in additional states with company assistance.
- 3+ years experience in an outpatient family or internal medicine practice.
- Experience with value based care documentation standards.
Additional Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Telemedicine experience.
- Licenses in MO, AL, MS.
- Regulatory supervision experience of Nurse Practitioners (NP) and Physician Assistants (PA).
