You will lead a team committed to partnering with clients to solve real-world problems and improve healthcare delivery through continuous improvement, technology, and insight. You will be responsible for directing a team of Program managers who serve as trusted advisors to healthcare organizations, partnering with laboratory leaders to identify improvement opportunities, implement sustainable changes, and leverage data to drive impact.

### Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree
- ASCP certification
- 9 or more years of experience in laboratory operations, analytics, or improvement
- 5 or more years of experience with Advanced Excel, SQL, Notepad++, SQLite Expert, and data visualization tools
### Preferred Qualifications
- Master of Science degree
- 5 or more years of experience with Lean, Six Sigma
